Opportunity Alert: Become a Financial Strategist at a major health network! Grand Blanc Michigan
Were urgently seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the finance team at our hospital client. This isnt your average desk job because youll be at the heart of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of net revenue.
This is a Permanent Hybrid role (once a week in-office for MI residents semi-annually for approved remote states).
The Mission (A Snapshot of Your Role):
Youll be the expert who compiles complex reimbursement data prepares Medicare/Medicaid/Blue Cross cost reports and provides critical analytical support for monthly contractual allowances and fiscal year budgets. (Note: This is a Reimbursement/Financial Planning role NOT Revenue Cycle!)
The Financial Navigator Were Looking For:
- Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related area.
- Required: 3 years of progressive experience in reimbursement or finance with reimbursement responsibilities.
- Required: Proven Net Revenue and Cost Reporting expertise.
- Preferred Assets: Masters Degree MBA CPA Home Health/Physician Group experience and familiarity with Kodiak RCA (formerly Crowe).
