We are hiring for a concierge/office manager in the Milwaukee area to work 2nd shift for a residential property.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Concierge Services:
Greet and assist visitors clients and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude
Answer phones manage general inboxes and route communications appropriately
Manage visitor logs security badges and building access
Act as the go-to person for day-to-day questions directions and needs
Office Management:
Oversee all daily office operations and ensure a clean organized and fully stocked workspace
Order and manage office supplies snacks equipment and vendor services
Coordinate facility maintenance and manage vendor relationships (e.g. cleaning crew IT catering)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications of Concierge:
Must have office manager/receptionist experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Able to acquire and maintain a valid PERC license including state accredited training requirements
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Able to meet physical essential functions of the job which can include lifting 50 lbs completing foot patrols walking up and down stairs working in inclement weather
Preferred Qualifications of Concierge:
Bi-lingual considered a plus
