Kesimpta is currently the single largest growth contributor for International markets among the CKKL brands.
The Executive Director International Kesimpta is responsible for leading the Disease Area (DA) vision strategy and prioritized key initiatives for Kesimpta in MS.
You will lead the cross functional team and represent International at the GPT (global product team) for continued life cycle management opportunities.
The incumbent will be focused on our top 3 countries (China Japan and Germany) 3 Regions and together with Value & Access team (V&A) International Medical Affairs Customer & Market Activation and Patient Advocacy will create the optimal strategy to drive Kesimpta growth now and into the future including life cycle management (bi-monthly and quarterly dosage).
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Strategic oversight of Kesimpta; focused on top 3 markets and Regions
- Partner with top 3 markets and regions to prioritize strategic drivers and create international strategies and tactics
- Build and refine over time a relevant/ actionable fit-for-purpose plan as part of the One Brand Plan
- Support facilitation of cross-functional decisions for International and above-brand strategic initiatives
- Active in monitoring key market events and competitive landscape to aid creating robust strategies and tactics
- Drive delivery of DAs strategic objectives customer target segments Go-To-Market (GTM) principles global initiatives and significant investments
- Enables close partnering with Customer & Market Activation Business Ops Int MA and Int V&A by steering deep cross-functional understanding planning and implementation.
- Leads manages and develops the overall performance and delivers sales and profits within agreed-upon budgets
- Builds effective and long lasting business relationships with key customers/stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- TA Head experience in a Top-10 market
- People management experience
- 15 years of commercial experience across various functions in country(s) and above country demonstrating a broad and deep understanding of the commercial landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in engaging with top thought leaders
- Experience with high-performing/high-growth brands or markets with a clear understanding of key drivers that influence shifting customer and patient behaviors to ensure successful asset performance
- Strong track record in collaborating and partnering with cross-unit cross-functional & key markets to achieve strategic and performance targets.
Desirable Requirements:
- Above country experience demonstrating cross functional stakeholder management and navigating complexity
- Experience in owning and driving the successful commercialization of an asset across the lifecycle from early development to post-launch and mature brands
- NS experience
- Proficient in translating scientific data into differentiated brand value propositions enabling impactful launches across pre-launch through lifecycle management (LCM)
- Experience in successful launches with commercial leadership expertise and therapeutic area (TA) leadership in core markets.
