About the role
On Premise is a priority growth channel for Penfolds as we accelerate top-line growth and bring our vision of being a global luxury icon to life. Reporting to the Head of Independent Retail & On Premise ANZ this role will drive sustainable sales growth by developing and managing an allocated group of NSW and national on-premise customers while building brand visibility across key venues.
Develop and execute the ANZ on-premise strategy delivering sales and profit growth
Build strong partnerships with hospitality groups casinos hotels and restaurants
Negotiate and deliver business plans with key accounts and wholesalers
Lead coach and develop two Key Account Manager to build capability and execution standards
Drive Penfolds visibility and availability across NSW and national accounts
Support trade andbrand events delivering best-in-class experiences for customers and consumers
About you
Youre a commercially savvy sales professional with strong experience in the wine alcohol or FMCG industry. With a passion for hospitality and proven negotiation skills you thrive in dynamic environments and know how to deliver results while building lasting customer relationships.
Degree in Business or Commerce preferred; WSET qualification essential
Proven success in senior sales roles with strong negotiation experience
Commercially astute with strategic planning and new business development skills
Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and navigating demanding customers
Strong communicator and influencer who thrives on delivering results in On Premise
