Salvar y sostener vidas soportando la ejecucin degestin documental y de facturas de proveedores de servicios logsticosubicados en Colombia Chile y Ecuador.

Lo que realizars en Baxter

1.Recepcin va email y fsica de las facturas de proveedores de servicios logsticos.

2. Contabilizacin a las cuentas correctas de las facturas de proveedores logsticos.

3. Soportar excepciones y reclamos de calidad que se presenten en el rea de comercio exterior.

4. Gestin de reclamos con Proveedores logsticos y Proveedores internacionales garantizando la radicacin del reclamo y seguimiento al cierre y generacin de nota crdito cuando aplique.

5. Anlisis financiero de las variaciones de las cuentas de comercio exterior.

6. Soporte en los ejercicios financieros del area

7. Notificar variaciones en las cuentas de comercio exterior.

8. Asegurar que los proveedores logsticos este cobrando los valores previamente acordados.

9. Facturacin de los procesos de exportacin.

10. Gestin documental de poderes y creacin de proveedores.

11. Creacin y gestin de rdenes de compra.

12. Consolidacin de reportes relacionados al pago de impuestos aduaneros. 13. Cierre de exportaciones.

Lo que aportars

1. Profesional en Comercio Exterior Negocios Internacionales o afines graduados y con tarjeta profesional vigente.

Experiencia mnima de (6) meses a (1) aoen operaciones de comercio exterior y logstica.

2. Ingles intermedio- avanzado a nivel conversacional y escrito
