Negotiate with international suppliers for sourcing new products ensuring favorable terms and partnerships.
Conduct thorough market research on potential new products including pricing analysis product specifications positioning strategies and target market segmentation.
Identify opportunities for business process improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to Senior Management to justify new product introductions.
Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; professional qualifications in a related discipline are an advantage.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills; background in Marketing or Engineering is preferred.
Proven experience of 3 years in strategic business development supplier negotiation and market research.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
