About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise growth and close high-value SaaS deals ($50K ACV). Youll own strategic accounts identify whitespace opportunities and generate $1M in new pipeline within your first year. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales youll play a key role in shaping the future of our enterprise sales motion.

What youll do:
- Generate Results: Build and convert a $1M qualified pipeline in your first year.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage full-cycle sales with Fortune 500 clients developers lenders and brokerages.
- Strategic Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach convert warm leads and navigate complex deal cycles.
- Deliver Impactful Demos: Tell compelling ROI-driven stories that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain CRM hygiene forecast accurately and actively contribute to pipeline reviews.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to drive account success.
- Mentor & Lead: Share best practices and help coach junior AEs as the team continues to grow.
What were looking for:
- 5 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience ideally in land real estate or data
- Proven success closing $50K ACV deals with 6 month sales cycles
- Skilled communicator and trusted advisor with a consultative selling approach
- CRM power user (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) with strong process discipline
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
- Curious coachable and motivated by ownership and impact
- Based in Northwest Arkansas (preferred) or open to remote with onsite travel for highly qualified candidates
