Job Description

Position: (CSSNA) Production Associate I- DISASSEMBLY/CLEANING AND INSPECTION- 1ST SHIFT

Duration: 12 months

Location: Henderson CO USA 80640

Schedule: Mon Thu 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Description:

Production Associate - Level I DISASSEMBLY/CLEANING AND INSPECTION

Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
Assisting in the teardown of high horsepower diesel engines. This job role rotates employees through the disassembly of the engine cleaning of the components and inspection of the parts to prepare them for the next stage in production.

Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
Report any work-related injury illness incident or hazard.
Comply with HSE standards policies procedures & regulations.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Quality
Follows all applicable standard work process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) poka-yoke and visual standards.
Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
Performs quality inspections.
Identifies and controls non-conforming material.

Achieves production goals.
Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
Maintains clean and orderly work area including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
Works with peers skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

Education Licenses Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Technician with experience in tools and automotive or heavy equipment work. The primary responsibility of this role is the tear down of 60L and 78L engines. This position involves working with cranes to lift heavy components and using hand and power tools to disassemble engine parts.


This is a 12-month position working Monday -Thursday 6am-4:30pm. When the manager is ready to proceed selected candidates will be contacted to schedule a 30-minute in-person interview.
