Job Description
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency established in 2017 delivering cutting-edge solutions for global clients like Canva Adobe Stillio and PharmEasy. With over 15 years of collective industry experience our team crafts impactful digital strategies for businesses across the USA Australia and Israel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress plugins and custom themes from scratch.
- Write clean efficient reusable PHP code adhering to best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Optimize database queries and structures for performance and scalability.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Conduct code reviews testing and debugging to ensure application stability.
- Manage deployment processes and provide timely post-launch support.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate improvements regularly.
- Collaborate with the team and clients for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
Required Technical Skills
- 3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress including plugin and theme development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
- Solid experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
- Familiarity with other CMS platforms like WebFlow (bonus).
- Exposure to PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
- Strong front-end skills: HTML CSS JavaScript and optionally React or .
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Deep understanding of web performance security best practices and scalable architecture.
Required Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Leadership and mentoring experience within development teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and participate in client calls when required.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. PHP Unit).
- Prior experience in plugin creation ACF-based workflows and custom theme development.
- CMS versatility experience with WordPress WebFlow and related platforms.
