This is an entry level position giving you the opportunity to learn the automotive industry. We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours have proven customer service experience and are enthusiastic about their work. The candidate must also have a valid drivers license and clean driving record as moving vehicles through the shop is a required job duty.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome service customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Determine the time and which advisor will be leading the service of the vehicle.
- Discover the needs of the client and clearly articulate information to the Quick Lane Advisor
- Responsible for traffic control and direction guidance.
- Check out/cashier responsibilities for completed guest services
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must be friendly courteous and have a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Must hold a valid drivers license and have clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and Motor Vehicle Record.
This position works both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift and bending twisting and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
