What Youll Do:
- Schedule repair appointments and greet guests in service lanes.
- Generate estimates write repair orders and follow up with guests.
- Act as the primary contact for mechanical or cosmetic concerns during the warranty period.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Provide loaner vehicles and ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Maintain transparent timely and friendly communication with guests.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor in a dealership or aftermarket shop.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with OEM service schedules warranty policies and extended service contracts.
- Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
- Professional appearance and willingness to learn and take ownership.
