As an intern and project team member in the Business Applications practice you will work with project leads/managers to execute NetSuite implementations and changes to existing systems using the firms project methodology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure completion of tasks milestones and components including but not limited to functional specifications design specifications configurations quality assurancedata migrationand projectreviews
Work collaboratively withinternal and clientproject teamsto configurebase NetSuite functionality customizations and third partyintegrations
Assist in requirementsgatheringsessions with clients to map business processes and requirements tosolutions
Work with implementation team to assess the current state of clients existing systems business processes and challenges;factorinto NetSuite solution design &suggestedbusiness processimprovements
Workalongside the projectleadto implement process improvements with systematicsolutions
Work with implementation team tocreate and execute testing scenarios inNetSuite
Assist withdata migration fromexisting systems toNetSuite
Train end users on how to effectively useNetSuitesfeatureswithin the context of their dailyjobs
Work with end users to identify define and create customized reports dashboards andKPIs
Providesupport for client issues and questions taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and providingresolution
Work across multiple time zones and occasionallyoutsideoffice hours
Maintaincuriosityin understandingclientneeds; begin learning about RSMs additionalservices and how tospot potential opportunitiesthat will bring additional value toclients
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing aBachelorsdegree inBusiness AdministrationAccountingManufacturing & Supply Chain ManagementComputer Science Management Information Systemsor relatedfieldrequired

Ability to travelto local clients ifneeded
Minimum GPA of 3.0

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
