Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Early Years Outstanding Nursery Up to 30000

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and growing team in an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery. With spacious rooms beautiful gardens and a strong focus on outdoor learning this role offers the chance to make a real difference in a setting that values creativity inclusivity and child-centred care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified early years practitioner who is passionate about supporting childrens development in a nurturing and inspiring environment.

What Were Looking For

A recognised Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years (or equivalent).
Previous experience in an early years setting with a solid understanding of child development.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
Strong communication skills and a caring approachable nature.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and show initiative.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and up-to-date paediatric first aid desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging child-centred activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Support childrens physical emotional and social development through play and exploration.
Create a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
Build positive and trusting relationships with parents carers and colleagues.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies.
Contribute to the nurserys outstanding reputation by promoting best practice and teamwork.
