Position Overview:

The national account manager will be responsible for developing an omni-channel business plan that will generate sales in home appliance categories as well as developing category growth with Midea at The Home Depot.

This role will be tasked with managing and expanding the home appliance assortment of products including Refrigerator Washer Dryer Dishwasher Range Microwave.

This account manager will be able to articulate customer needs identify new business opportunities both online and in-store manage the annual program to drive profitable growth and build a winning joint business plan with core merchants as well as the private label merchants at Home Depot.

Beingthecustomerexpertforthecompanythisindividualwillfostercustomerrelationshipsand

effectively collaborate across Mideas cross functional teams.

EssentialJobResponsibilities

  • DevelopownandleadthebusinessplanforthehomeapplianceproductcategoriesatTheHomeDepot.

  • Proactivelyleadproblemsolvingeffortsvialogicalandpersuasivecommunicationswhilepursuingwin-winsolutions.
  • CollaboratewithvariousMideacrossfunctionalteamsincludingproductmanagementmarketingmanufacturingsupplychainoperationsfinanceandservicetomeetaccountperformanceobjectivesandmanagestakeholderexpectations.
  • AchieveassignedKPIsforprofitablesalesvolumeandstrategicobjectivesinassignedaccounts.
  • CloselycollaboratewithcustomersandMideaoperations/supplymanagementdepartmentstoprovideaccuratesalesforecasting.
  • Facilitatesvoiceofthecustomertoensurecustomerneedsarebeingmetbyallinternalstakeholders
  • Otherdutiesasassigned.
  • RequiredQualifications:
  • Minimumfiveyearsofstrategicsalesexperiencemanaginghighprofilemajoraccountswithinthehomeappliancedurableproductsorconsumerproductsindustries.
  • ExperiencesellingtoorsupportingHomeDepotbusiness.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Homeappliancecategoryexperiencehighlypreferred.
  • Demonstratedsuccessdevelopingandgrowingsaleswithinlargekeyaccount.
