As our Activity Director youll lead the planning and coordination of engaging programs that nurture our residents physical mental emotional and social well-being. Your creativity energy and organizational skills will bring joy purpose and connection to our community every single day.

What Youll Do
Plan develop organize and direct all activity programs in accordance with residents interests abilities and comprehensive care assessments.
Create meaningful experiences that foster purpose dignity and fun.
Participate in community planning to support residents families and local engagement.
Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to activity programming.
Announce and promote scheduled activities to residents daily.
Build a welcoming and inclusive environment ensuring programs reflect warmth personal attention and positivity.
Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional activities and events.
Drive residents to and from appointments or community outings as needed.
Advocate for residents by developing programs that enhance quality of life and overall wellness.
What Were Looking For
A compassionate and energetic leader with a heart for seniors.
Experience in activity programming preferred but well train the right candidate with the passion to make a difference.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire teamwork and create meaningful connections.
Must possess a valid Arkansas drivers license.
