As our Activity Director youll lead the planning and coordination of engaging programs that nurture our residents physical mental emotional and social well-being. Your creativity energy and organizational skills will bring joy purpose and connection to our community every single day.

What Youll Do

  • Plan develop organize and direct all activity programs in accordance with residents interests abilities and comprehensive care assessments.

  • Create meaningful experiences that foster purpose dignity and fun.

  • Participate in community planning to support residents families and local engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to activity programming.

  • Announce and promote scheduled activities to residents daily.

  • Build a welcoming and inclusive environment ensuring programs reflect warmth personal attention and positivity.

  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional activities and events.

  • Drive residents to and from appointments or community outings as needed.

  • Advocate for residents by developing programs that enhance quality of life and overall wellness.

What Were Looking For

  • A compassionate and energetic leader with a heart for seniors.

  • Experience in activity programming preferred but well train the right candidate with the passion to make a difference.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to inspire teamwork and create meaningful connections.

  • Must possess a valid Arkansas drivers license.
