What youll do
As an Associate III Sales Support youll be at the heart of our order management operations. Youll process and manage moderate to complex orders coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and support customers with pricing availability and order status. Youll also handle escalations maintain accurate records and contribute to process enhancements that prevent financial loss and improve customer experience. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver value to vendor partners and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Were looking for someone with:
- Around 12 years of experience in order management sales support or a related function.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability in reviewing and processing orders.
- Experience navigating SAP is an advantage
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving processes.
- Excellent communicator to manage correspondences over emails and voice channels.
