Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Thursdays Mondays from 10:00am 7:00 pm with 1hr unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Respond immediately to inbound client inquiries via phone email text or chat. Ensure itineraries are confirmed and sent out on the same day as requested.
- Effectively research and make decisions based on available information balancing guest needs with business priorities.
- Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns complaints and questions via phone and email.
- Efficiently manage service requests and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing.
- Respond professionally appropriately and promptly.
- Provide accurate travel advice.
- Document client concerns for follow-up.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products services and promotions.
- Assist with additional projects or assignments as required.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience with Sabre.
- Full fluency in English (verbal and written).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or a sales-related environment.
- Proficiency in systems such as Sabre Excel and Word.
- Exceptional customer service skills including problem-solving while balancing customer and company needs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Extraordinary time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Independent self-motivated empathetic solutions-focused and passionate about guest support.
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Experience with GDS systems (Sabre GDS preferred but not required).
