Job Title:Lead Delivery Quality (Clinical Prior Authorization)
Location:Hyderabad
Experience Required:23 years (with minimum 1 year as a Lead)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Delivery Quality with strong expertise in Clinical Prior Authorization processes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling initiations and follow-ups managing a dynamic team and ensuring quality delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 1015 agents in Clinical Prior Authorization processes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring adherence to quality and productivity targets.
- Support coach and guide the team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance.
- Ensure team members successfully clear the Prior Authorization assessment with at least 80% pass score.
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in Clinical Prior Authorization (initiations and follow-ups).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead handling a team of 1015 agents.
- Strong domain knowledge of the US Healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to motivate coach and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
