College of Science & Engineering / School of Engineering / Institute for Bioengineering

Full-time: 35 hours per week

Fixed Term: 7 months from 01/10/2025 to 30/04/2026

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a PhD candidate in Chemical or Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline with a focus on technologies relevant to 3D printing microfluidics or related areas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3D printing microfluidics and bacterial culture together with a strong research background in applying chemical or biomedical engineering principles to antimicrobial applications.

The candidate will have the opportunity of working with experts in drug delivery biosensing electrochemistry and medical sciences.
