Job Description

Personal Assistant (PA) required -PropertyInvestment & Development Company

Organisation Description:

We are a privatepropertyinvestment and development company specialising in residential buy-to-sell and buy-to-let schemes.

Position:

This is an amazing opportunity to work as a PA / secretary supporting of the the director and property team

The chosen Applicant will play an enormous role in our continued evolution and further development.

Full time. Based in London N14 area. Immediate start.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
  • Professional telephone manner and the ability to accurately record and pass on messages
  • Upbeat attitude enthusiastic and positive-thinking Can Do approach: focusing on making things happen - finding solutions not problems
  • Accuracy and speed
  • Strong attention to detail and not be afraid to go the extra mile!
  • Excellent negotiation organisational and analytical abilities
  • You will need to possess good IT skills
  • Must be able to build good relationships with clients and staff within the firm
  • Must possess excellent diary and email management organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Extensive arrangement of travel accommodation itineraries and visas
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Any additional ad hoc tasks as required

Job Description

As the successful PA / Secretary /OfficeAdministratoryou will be required to carry out the following duties included but not limited to:

  • Analytical accounting and administrative support to the first person and the firm;
  • Planning and coordination of work and personal schedule manager;
  • Organization of meetings negotiations and participation in various activities;
  • Coordination of meetings telephone conversations monitoring and adjustment of the working and personal calendar;
  • Document control and business processes;
  • General administrative andofficeduties including maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing archiving record keeping document scanning and typing of reports letters faxes etc

The following is not a must for PA / secretary /officeadministratorposition offered but would be a bonus:

  • Have a proven track record within aPropertyadministration environment
  • Hold a Bachelors degree or higher
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Have previous experience as Personal Assistant (PA) / Secretary /OfficeAdministrator
