Inside Sales Manager Division 8

Position Overview
The Inside Sales & Account Manager will lead our inside sales team while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships. This role is not commission-based or focused on cold-calling; instead it centers on supporting existing customers managing orders and mentoring the inside team. Strong Division 8 knowledge and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inside sales operations and ensure accuracy of quotes and orders.
Serve as the main contact for customer accounts fostering long-term relationships.
Mentor train and support the inside sales team to build product knowledge and customer service skills.
Collaborate with estimators project managers and shop staff to ensure smooth project flow.
Promote a positive team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Division 8 (commercial doors frames and hardware).
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Prior inside sales or account management experience preferred.
