About us:
Our HealthTech delivers digital transformation for Insurers Educators and Employers through Co-creation or seamlessly integrated out-of-the-box solutions that decrease digital fragmentation and engage empower and transform their peoples lives.
Established in 2018 by Stuart McGoldrick and Stephen Costello provides services internationally to over 7.2m insurance members 3000 corporate clients 60 universities and 650000 university students. currently employs over 350 people.

Role Brief:
As part of our network youll receive referrals directly through our secure portal (Salesforce) with the flexibility to arrange appointments at times that best suit your schedule.
How It Works
- Clients are triaged by our 24/7 Care Counsellor team.
- Suitable cases are referred for High Intensity CBT or Psychology sessions (face-to-face phone or video).
- Youll be notified by email of new referrals with 24 hours to accept and 57 days to offer the first appointment.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration BPS accreditation (mandatory)
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Experience in IAPT or stepped-care models
- Skilled in screening risk assessment and evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT ACT EMDR IPT)
- Full BABCP or BACP accreditation
- BABCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in High-Intensity CBT (mandatory)
- 5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in IAPT stepped-care and risk assessment
