Job Description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria Virginia and Orlando Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning design infrastructure management technical consulting engineering and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army Air Force Navy Marine Corps) missions along with other US federal agencies all over the world.


We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to support the management and submission of all Contract Data Requirements List deliverables. This role is responsible for tracking documents ensuring version control and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards.

This is a nationwide project and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure proper formatting version control and on-time submission of all documentation
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents
  • Maintain updated document logs transmittals and submission records
  • Archive and organize documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation
  • Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines
  • Communicate document requirements and changes across departments

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts
  • Familiar with CDRL processes formatting and submission standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Strong attention to detail organization and time management
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
