We are seeking a hands-on strategic leader to work directly with the founder to lead the launch scaling and management of the business (Fintech Saas startup). This is a unique role that combines product growth and operations offering you a foundational leadership position in the company.
This role is a full-time position with a
significant equity grant that vests over four years including a one-year cliff.
What Youll Do- Launch & Growth Strategy:Lead the development and execution of our go-to-market plan. You will be responsible for defining our target market positioning the product and driving initial user acquisition.
- Product Management:Own the product roadmap. Youll work with the engineering team to translate customer feedback and market needs into new features ensuring the product is intuitive and solves real problems.
- Customer & Community:Be the voice of our early users. Youll actively gather feedback conduct interviews and build a community of early adopters who will help us refine and grow the product.
- Business Operations:Manage all non-technical aspects of the business. This includes financial planning vendor management and ensuring we meet all necessary legal and compliance requirements.
- Hiring & Management:As needed you will identify hire and manage contractors or additional team members to support our aggressive growth plan.
Who You Are- An Experienced Builder:You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role at an early-stage SaaS or technology startup. You have a proven track record of launching a product from scratch and achieving initial traction.
- A Versatile Generalist:You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Data-Driven:You use metrics and data to make decisions. You can define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results to identify growth opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred):You have a strong understanding of a complex traditional industry and are familiar with major players and market dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit:You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building a business from the ground up.
Qualifications- A bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a startup environment ideally in a general management product or growth-focused leadership role.
- A portfolio or detailed case studies of past product launches and growth initiatives are a strong plus.
