About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to support product strategy feature delivery and data-driven this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve product performance and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills experience working in Agile scrum environments and a clear collaborative communication style.

Responsibilities

Analyze product performance user behavior and market trends to generate insights that influence product decisions.
Translate complex data findings into clear concise recommendations for product managers engineers and business stakeholders.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies partnering with product owners and development teams to refine requirements and prioritize the backlog.
Use Jira to create and manage user stories track progress and ensure alignment across teams.
Develop dashboards reports and product KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct competitive analysis and research to support product planning and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support feature launches testing and ongoing iterations.

Required Qualifications

4 6 years of professional experience including 2 4 years as a Product Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex topics for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings.
