1) Job Purpose- Assist the Head of HR Capability in the planning organization implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of various learning and development initiatives to build employees capability and drive other capability initiatives for the vertical.

- Act as custodian of training data across the function and generate monthly analytics dashboards.

- Act as the SPOC for UltraTech with Gyanodaya to identify and deliver relevant capability-building programs.
