Talent Development Director India
As a Talent Development Director you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing a high-performing team of talent development professionals within RSM. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the talent development initiatives for our India teams across all our external and internal client services teams. The director will be responsible for developing comprehensive talent development strategies designing programs for leadership development and ensuring alignment with global practices. Collaboration with stakeholders and data-driven decision-making are also crucial aspects of the role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development leadership development and organizational effectiveness with a proven track record of driving impactful talent development strategies for global teams.
