In this position...
In this highly visible role on the Employee Technology Experience team youll blend your business and technology acumen in working with technology teams Finance Supply Chain suppliers and senior leaders to maximize the value-to-cost ratio of the ongoing end-user technology fulfillment services. Youll leverage your talents in financial analysis data analytics supplier relationship management and executive-level communications to deliver results that will be seen in bottom-line quarterly reports.
This is a hybrid role requiring four days of onsite work per week at our Dearborn MI office
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Accurately forecast $80M annual end user device spend
- Lead annual budget demand planning
- Manage supplier contracts
- Produce cost and fulfillment monthly reports
- Maintain business cost allocation models
- Summarize and explain financial information to senior and executive leadership
- Other reasonable activity required by management/leadership
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or Technology Management or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 3 years of experience managing budgets cost plans or annual cycles plans
- Demonstrated proficiency using MS Excel (or similar) to synthesize data into communicable insights
- Led delivery of cross-functional initiatives
Even better you may have...
- MBA or Masters Degree in Finance Accounting or Technology Management
- Proficientcy in Alteryx Python or other data analysis tools
- Experience in supplier relationship management purchasing or contracts
- Success communicating with senior business leaders
