Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the accounts of multiple entities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Track record and verify all incoming payments ensuring proper documentation and allocation.
Prepare and review monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Deduct deposit and file TDS returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
Perform ledger reconciliations vendor/customer account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of TDS BRS and reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally ERP systems Zoho Books and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
