About the Role

Were looking for a hands-onTactical Buyer (f/m/d)to strengthen our Procurement teamin Berlin. In this role youll secure the right materials at the right time and cost to keep our modular building projects movingworking closely with Production Engineering Quality and Project teams as well as a diverse supplier base across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Procurement & Tactical Buying:Manage the tactical sourcing and ordering of construction materials includingraw materials(e.g. steel wood)construction materials(e.g. electronic parts windows) andsub-assemblies.

• Project-related purchasing:Identify suitable vendors run assessments and due diligence lead contract and price negotiations and prepare supplier qualifications to meet project timelines and standards.

• Operational excellence:Create and manage purchase orders track confirmations and ensure on-time delivery; proactively resolve shortages delays and quality topics with internal and external stakeholders.

• Stakeholder collaboration:Align cross-functionally with Planning Logistics Engineering and Quality; cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers to drive availability cost and reliability.

• Data & process discipline:Maintain clean master data and purchasing documents monitor KPIs (delivery reliability lead times cost savings) and support continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Who you are

• Completed commercial training or a degree inFinance Industrial EngineeringorSupply Chain Management/Purchasing.

• At least5 yearsof professional experience in purchasingideally inhigh-volume manufacturinglarge-scale construction or theshipyardindustry.

• Demonstratednegotiation strengthand vendor management skills.

• Solidlegal understandingrelated to purchasing processes (contracts T&Cs compliance).

• Proven project experience(mandatory) comfortable working to milestones and deadlines.

• Proficient withMS Office; strong overall digital skills.

• SAP S/4HANAexperience (12 years) across material master purchase orders and contracts.

• Very good English(minimumB1) andprofessional fluency in German(minimumC1).

• Team-oriented communicator with anindependent structuredway of working.

• Willingness to travelacross Europe for supplier visits and project needs.
