The opportunity

We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system such as renewables transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.
How youll make an impact
1. You will provide on-site or remote technical support for the converter station (including global projects) equipment within the scope of Hitachi Energy including but not limited to control and protection equipment valves and valve control equipment measuring equipment DC field equipment and AC field equipment.
2. You will require to have a basic knowledge of HVDC technology evaluate and recommend new products equipment upgrade services that can meet customer needs. Identify opportunities to develop new service applications equipment and methods.
3. You will be responsible for site requirements provide prompt technical support the ability to work independently at the customer site is required.
4. You will maintain good communication and relationship with the customer fully understand the customers demands provide technical and commercial solutions to meet the customers requirements follow up the service contract.
5. You will need to build good cooperation within the team and between teams to accomplish the annual service task and need to cooperate with the team to accomplish the service sales target.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelors degree or above in electrical engineering power system automation or related majors is required.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVDC or substation or power products. Oversea work or study experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with breaker valve transformers is an advantage.
4. Experience on power product manufacture maintenance is an advantage.
5. Frequent traveling (including global projects) O/T work at request teamwork oriented.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English written and spoken.
