WHAT YOULL DO:
Deliveraccurate timely financial reportingthat fuels results
Understand and supportpowersports-specific accounting practices
Ensurecompliancewith internal policies and external requirements
Work autonomouslyorganized focused and detail-driven
Collaborate across the teamfrom the showroom to the boardroom
Keep things on track without being chased down
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE RIDE:
Proven experience inpowersports or dealership accounting
Strong knowledge ofmulti-location accountingand financial consolidation
Ability to manage deadlines andprioritize without supervision
Confidence and clarity when communicating with execs and managers alike
A love of data details and doing things the right wayevery time
Bonus points for experience withdealer management systems(e.g. CDK Lightspeed etc.)
