Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Business unit & projects assigned
- Assist Project manager in coordinating with the project team & client during project execution
- Assist Project manager in the set-up throughout to close out in the company framework & platform (Projectwise project budget project review invoicing subcon and project sheet etc)
- Perform document control function
- Assist in all BD work coordination and preparation of proposals /tender submissions/ presentation materials.
- Assist to maintain track and clientele records and BD resources.
- Assist in coordination with corporate & regional offices for Companys marketing materials and internal reporting.
- Maintain diary and meeting arrangement for the Senior management of the Business unit
- Travel arrangement (air-ticket hotel accommodation and visa application)
- Coordinate register of training courses for employees and maintain employees training records in the Business unit.
- Attend meetings and minutes taking when required
- Responsible to participate and support the Companys SHEQ within their scope of duties.
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess Bachelors degree/Diploma
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous reliable independent able to work with minimal supervision in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
