We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our core finance this role you will lead financial reporting and statutory compliance across the organization ensuring that all internal and external requirements are met accurately and on time.
Youll play a critical part in maintaining operational and regulatory excellence while enabling better financial decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive well-versed in finance laws and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Statutory Compliance: Manage compliance with all applicable regulations including TDS GST ROC filings and other statutory requirements.
Audit Coordination: Ensure audit readiness and collaborate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and assessments.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting forecasting cycles and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Regulatory Monitoring: Track changes in the financial and regulatory environment and assess business impact.
Risk & Controls: Update and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure ongoing compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal tax and compliance teams to manage regulatory inspections and filings.
Business Analysis: Analyze profitability cost structures and business performance to support financial health.
System Optimization: Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and compliance workflows.
Have a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Are a CA Inter CA finalist or hold an MBA in Finance with relevant article ship or core finance experience.
Bring 24 years of experience in a finance role with strong exposure to statutory compliance.
Are well-versed in the Companies Act Income Tax Act GST laws and related statutory frameworks.
Have hands-on experience with statutory filings tax returns and regulatory audits.
Are skilled in Excel and financial modeling.
Have familiarity with ERP systems like Zoho SAP or similar platforms.
Possess excellent analytical thinking problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
