The Faculty of Health Community and Education is comprised of four departments: School of Nursing and Midwifery (SONM) Health and Physical Education Child Studies and Social Work and Education which offer a variety of degree diploma and certificate programs.

The School of Nursing and Midwifery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator to lead the planning coordination and continuous enhancement of clinical and practicum experiences within our nursing programs. This pivotal role ensures that experiential learning placements meet the highest standards of educational excellence regulatory compliance and community partnership. Working at the intersection of curriculum policy and professional practice the Coordinator plays a vital role in preparing students for ethical inclusive and competent engagement in clinical and community health settings.

This position is a full-time role working 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Leadership in Clinical and Work-Integrated Learning (60%)

Student Preparation and Support (20%)

Program Development and Institutional Collaboration (15%)

Reporting Evaluation and Continuous Improvement (5%)
