Who were looking for
ToyotasEnterprise Technology Strategy Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivatedBusiness Analyst/Engineer for Technology Strategy.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development and execution of business-aligned strategic roadmaps by combining structured data analysis capability mapping and clear communication planning. Bridges business insight analytical modeling and stakeholder engagement to help shape priorities assess tradeoffs and ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization.
Reporting to the Manager of Technology Strategy the person in this role will support the Enterprise Technology Strategy departments objective to enable informed technology and capability planning by providing structured analysis prioritization frameworks and clear communications that align investment decisions with strategic objectives.
What youll be doing
- Conduct structured analysis of stakeholder inputs business needs and capability gaps to inform roadmap content.
- Develop and maintain prioritization models scoring frameworks and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
- Assist in mapping business capabilities and identifying alignment or delivery gaps across value streams.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable indicators for roadmap tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with roadmap leads to clarify assumptions dependencies and strategic rationale.
- Create and maintain communication materials executive summaries and roadmap updates across stakeholder groups.
- Support planning workshops and business forums with relevant analysis and structured visualizations.
What you bring
Bachelors degree in business Information Technology Engineering or related field.
24 years in business analysis strategic planning communications support or technology-aligned operations.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint Lucid and SharePoint; familiarity with capability models value streams prioritization frameworks and scorecards.
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative data synthesis.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deliverables across functions.
Added bonus if you have
- Masters degree in Business IT Engineering or related field.
- 4 years in strategy support business analysis or technology-aligned strategic communications.
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning tools and frameworks such as OKR alignment value-based scoring and scenario planning.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar business analysis/strategy certification.
