Manager Sales Strategy & Execution (Sales Rep Manager) Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals with CRO support
Manage coach and monitor the performance of a team of 15 sales professionals
Build and maintain strategic client relationships
Manage sales activities for a limited number of key accounts
Work with CRO on sales budgets forecasts and growth initiatives
Leverage CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to optimize team performance and pipeline tracking
Responsible for sales team meeting budget and profitability goals
Represent the company at 1-2 trade shows and industry conferences
Manager Sales Strategy & Execution (Sales Rep Manager) Qualifications
2 years of successful sales experience required
2 years of sales team leadership and development experience required
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets required
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Excel required
Strong communication sales data/trend analysis and strategic planning required
