Work Type: Hybrid (on-site 4 days a week)

Job Description:

Summary:

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Utility Connections: Coordinate and manage municipal utility connections including water sewer gas and electrical services.
Mechanical and Plumbing Coordination: Oversee the rough-in coordination of building mechanical electrical and plumbing systems ensuring seamless integration with the buildings overall design.
Change Order Management: Provide feedback and comments on change orders ensuring that any modifications are necessary cost-effective and do not compromise the projects integrity.

Owners Representative Duties:

Act as the owners representative ensuring that the project aligns with the owners vision and requirements. This includes:
Reviewing project plans and specifications.
Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during construction.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Managing project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Mechanical Engineering Architecture or a related field.
Approximately 5 years of experience in construction management or project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
