Were looking for a IT Support Customer Representative to assist customers with IT-related issues.

Job Description:

Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs apps and smart devices
Handle customer inquiries via calls emails and chats
Work rotating shifts (8:30 AM8:30 PM or 1 PM1 AM) including weekends and public holidays
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $2000 - $2500

Preferred:

Basic IT skills and customer service experience
Able to speak mandarin communicate with Chinese customers
