Candidate Profile
- Solid experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
- Proven track record in CRM rollout projects and user adoption management.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent digital and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare or FMCG sectors is valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.

As discussed we are looking for a CRM Manager (m/f) under an outsourcing regime to support the rollout adoption and daily operations of our CRM system in Portugal with extended scope to our B2B platform.

- Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
- Proven CRM rollout and user adoption experience with ability to take initiative and work independently (dig in the dark).
- Excellent digital and communication skills to connect stakeholders across functions.
- Background in pharma healthcare or FMCG preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Project duration: 6 months (with extension potential).
Location: Portugal.
Regime: Outsourcing.
