We are recruiting a CRM Manager to join a project focused on the implementation and management of Customer Relationship Management systems within a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of the CRM system.
- Ensure the daily management and operation of the platform.
- Foster effective communication across different business areas.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
- Proven track record in CRM rollout projects and user adoption management.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent digital and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare or FMCG sectors is valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.

As discussed we are looking for a CRM Manager (m/f) under an outsourcing regime to support the rollout adoption and daily operations of our CRM system in Portugal with extended scope to our B2B platform.
The profile details we shared during our meeting but allow me to highlight the key requirements:
- Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
- Proven CRM rollout and user adoption experience with ability to take initiative and work independently (dig in the dark).
- Excellent digital and communication skills to connect stakeholders across functions.
- Background in pharma healthcare or FMCG preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Project duration: 6 months (with extension potential).
Location: Portugal.
Regime: Outsourcing.
