Job Summary:
The Team Leader guides trains and manages a team of associates responsible for data annotation and event data analysis while supporting operations quality and client deliverables. This role also performs hands-on production work as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operations & SLA Management: Coach team members monitor work quality ensure SOP compliance and support achievement of productivity and quality targets.
- Training & Mentoring: Conduct pipeline training provide technical guidance and improve team efficiency.
- People Management: Set objectives monitor performance provide feedback implement improvement plans and encourage engagement.
- Reporting & Admin: Prepare daily/shift reports update internal and client data coordinate schedules and support IT issues.
- Ad Hoc Support: Act as backup PM handle high job volumes and communicate with clients as needed.
Main Requirements:
- Good English (speaking reading writing) analytical and MS Office skills.
- Strong team leadership communication and organizational abilities.
- Flexible for 9-hour rotating shifts (24/7).
- Ability to train supervise and motivate associates and propose process improvements.

- External Relationships: Clients
