Job Summary:
The Team Leader guides trains and manages a team of associates responsible for data annotation and event data analysis while supporting operations quality and client deliverables. This role also performs hands-on production work as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

Operations & SLA Management: Coach team members monitor work quality ensure SOP compliance and support achievement of productivity and quality targets.
Training & Mentoring: Conduct pipeline training provide technical guidance and improve team efficiency.
People Management: Set objectives monitor performance provide feedback implement improvement plans and encourage engagement.
Reporting & Admin: Prepare daily/shift reports update internal and client data coordinate schedules and support IT issues.
Ad Hoc Support: Act as backup PM handle high job volumes and communicate with clients as needed.

Main Requirements:

Good English (speaking reading writing) analytical and MS Office skills.
Strong team leadership communication and organizational abilities.
Flexible for 9-hour rotating shifts (24/7).
Ability to train supervise and motivate associates and propose process improvements.
Internal Relationships: Project Managers Associates and all departments
External Relationships: Clients
