Assistant Executive Officer ()
The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as to the Department of Management Marketing and Information Systems in the following areas including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Assist admission exercise programme marketing and promotion and manage student affairs for the undergraduate programme;
- Provide administrative support to the Department on office administration teaching and learning activities and events (e.g. mentoring and internship workshops and seminars) of undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes;
- Work closely with course instructors to support programme delivery;
- Manage and handle student enquiries at the General Office;
- Support for alumni services and social activities; and
- Handle enquiries and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree with preferably two years of relevant experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
- Skillful in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint with a solid foundation in basic computer knowledge; and
- Ability to work independently with reliability and flexibility demonstrating self-motivation and attention to detail.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
