Role: Travel Experience Advisor (French & English)
Location: Athens Greece
Type: Full-time (40h/week)
Start Date: October 2025

What Youll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for travelers youll make sure every interaction turns into a positive memory. Whether its answering questions solving issues or giving advice on accommodations youll have the chance to make a real impact every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls chats and emails from French- and English-speaking customers.
- Researching and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Sharing your knowledge of travel products and services to guide customers.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for a global leader in the travel sector.
- Collaborating with teammates contributing to a positive and motivated environment.
What You Bring
- Fluency in French and English.
- 6 months of customer service experience (hospitality retail or call center welcome).
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Digital literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Enthusiasm for travel and for helping others.
