What You Will Do

Support users and restaurant partners via calls chats and tickets
Resolve issues related to orders refunds deliveries and platform usage
Provide friendly clear and professional service across all channels
Follow templates guidelines and quality standards
Escalate sensitive or complex cases when needed
Assist with ad-hoc tasks required by the project

What You Bring

Fluent Norwegian (spoken & written)
Good English skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Comfort using digital tools and multitasking
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
