Your Daily Role

Youll be the friendly expert that customers rely on. Your tasks include:

• Helping customers through e-mail chat and phone
• Giving guidance on how to use household appliances effectively
• Handling complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset
• Identifying issues and coordinating quick solutions
• Supporting customers with refunds exchanges and order placement
• Making sure every customer leaves the interaction satisfied

What You Bring

Wed love to meet you if you have:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English communication skills
• A natural ability to listen help and stay positive
• Confidence using digital tools
• Customer support or troubleshooting experience (nice to have not required)
• Interest in premium household appliances (bonus!)
