What Youll Do

Support users and restaurant partners via calls chats and tickets
Solve issues related to orders refunds deliveries and platform use
Offer clear friendly and professional service in every interaction
Follow quality guidelines and use provided templates
Escalate more complex cases when needed
Assist with additional tasks to support daily operations

What You Bring

Fluent Swedish (spoken & written)
Good English skills
Strong communication & typing abilities
Confidence using digital tools and multitasking
Customer support experience is a plus but not required
