About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting the production of advanced medical devices and technology solutions. This role is responsible for designing implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency quality and compliance with industry standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving process improvements supporting automation initiatives and ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards of safety and performance.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency quality and cost reduction.

Provide accurate cost estimations for new and existing projects.

Create test and implement manufacturing systems both automated and manual.
-
Analyze production requirements machine capabilities and workflow needs.
-
Design install and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
-
Optimize plant layouts production lines and operational performance.
-
Identify and resolve production issues delays or process bottlenecks.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and suppliers.
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
-
Train and support staff on new equipment processes and best practices.
-
Stay current on new technologies and incorporate them into production systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes fabrication methods and tool design.
-
Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
-
Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Solid understanding of health safety and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
-
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience in CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
-
Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
-
Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
-
Familiarity with advanced automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
