Job Summary
Job Description: DevOps Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines for software projects.
- Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure efficient and reliable operation of systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to resolve them.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications required to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell.
Desired Experience:
Preferred qualifications for ideal candidates:
- At least 1 year of experience in a DevOps or related role.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code principles using tools like Terraform.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $98000 and $115000 annually.
