Job Summary
Your mission
- Track record and follow up on after-sales spare parts and warranty cases
- Coordinate with customers factory teams technical staff and HQ in China for parts delivery
- Build and maintain a tracking dashboard using Excel or ERP/ CRM for cases
- Provide regular updates and reports to the After-sales Manager/ Technical Manager on case progress
- Ensure timely supply and delivery of spare parts to meet customer needs
- Support establishment of a structured after-sales service cycle
Your profile
- College degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2 years after-sales or spare parts experience
- Proficient in Excel and data management/reporting tools; ERP/ CRM experience is a plus
- Strong customer communication problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
- Self-driven proactive team player capable of working independently
- Fluent French good written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a bonus
- Knowledge of construction machinery/ heavy equipment and experience handling warranty cases appreciated
