The Administration Assistant is an entry level position within the In-vitro Toxicology publishing group providing support with administrative tasks both for the group and the department. The role will incorporate support with the preparation of study data and non-study data for archiving.

This role is based at our site in Harrogate North Yorkshire.

Duties include:

Study Support

• Prepare and check study data and non-study data for archiving

• Archive Study Data within the Pristima system

• Collect scan and file protocol and report signatures

• Book studies onto the departmental SharePoint site

General Support

• Assist with transfer of data between departments

• File study data and order office stationery and other items as required

• Maintain and update relevant departmental spreadsheets as required

• Monitor and maintain central Outlook inboxes as required

• General administrative tasks as assigned which may include but are not limited to distribution of post updating the departmental telephone list and annual leave records.

• Assist with arrangements for working lunches making internal bookings as required/ requested

• Ability to accurately read record and communicate information

• Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills
